“In-cress-pa-tura” (noun) ~ Meaning: Italian translation for “ripple” or “ruffle”.
This collection was designed whilst holidaying in the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany. This solid piece is tactile and weighty giving it a luxurious feel. The undulating surface catches the light at every angle, with added touches of 18ct Gold glinting like lustrous pearls.
Made using the specialist skills of chasing and repoussé which shapes and forms the silver using intricate punches and hammering techniques. The 18ct gold is fused with a traditional technique called granulation, making a solid bond.
