The thicker the ring, the tighter the fit, so if you choose a ring with a deep band width, you will likely need to go one size up. The best time of day to measure is in the evening, when your fingers are largest. Avoid measuring when you’re cold, as fingers are at least half a size smaller.

Necklace Sizes

Choosing the right length

  • 16 inches - For almost all necklines, especially off the shoulder, crew, and boat necklines.
  • 18 inches - This is the most popular length and works with all necklines.
  • 20+ inches - Works best with collared shirts and high necklines.
  • 28+ inches - High necklines like turtle and boat necks suit this length best.
  • 40+ inches - Worn best with high necklines, scooped collars, and formal wear.

  • How to measure

The most accurate way to measure your ideal necklace length is to measure a perfectly fitting necklace you already own. Alternatively, stand in front of a mirror and use a soft tape measure to work out your ideal length.

Necklace lengths and their fit can vary depending on your size and shape.  Longer necklaces will fall in an elongated V-shape, while shorter necklaces will provide a gentle curve in the chain.  Knowing your body shape, clothing style, and how you want your jewellery to fall when worn will help you find your perfect length.

    Bracelet Sizes

How loosely your bracelet fits is often a personal preference, so to help you achieve the perfect fit, we’ve put together the following guide.
Fitting Style Added measurement to wrist size
Snug fit Add 1/4″ to 1/2″
Comfort fit Add 3/4″ to 1″
    Loose fit Add 1 & 1/4″

    How to measure

    Tape measure

Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, close to the hand and just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear your bracelet. Pull the tape measure tightly to your skin, but without cutting in.

    Paper / string and ruler

As long as you have a ruler, you can use anything flexible such as a piece of paper or string. Wrap the paper/string around your wrist, close to the hand and just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear your bracelet. Pull the paper/string tightly without cutting into your skin and mark the crossover point with a pen. It can be a little fiddly so you may need someone to help you. Lay the paper/string flat on a table next to the ruler and measure between the pen marks.

    Bangle Sizes

    Solid bangles

Your bangle should fit snugly over the widest part of your hand when you touch the tip of your thumb to the tip of your little finger. This ensures comfort when taking it on and off and security that it won't fall off during normal wear.
